Ciney operates on a subscription-based model:

• Subscriptions are processed through the Apple App Store
• Subscription fees are charged according to the plan you select
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period
• You can manage or cancel your subscription through your Apple ID account settings
• Refunds are handled according to Apple's refund policy

You are responsible for your use of the application and any content you generate. You agree to use Ciney in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.

Prohibited conduct includes:

• Harassment, abuse, or harm to others
• Impersonation of any person or entity
• Interference with or disruption of the application

We collect minimal data as outlined in our Privacy Policy. By using Ciney, you consent to the collection and use of your User ID and Coins information as described in our Privacy Policy.

Ciney is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the application will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Ciney shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use or inability to use the application.
